Hey Friends!
Just wrapped up a transfer in Varna! It was super amazing. I have lots to tell!
My companions this transfer were Elder Georgeson and Elder Tingey. They were so much fun, and really awesome missionaries.
Varna is a really awesome city, a very beautiful and peaceful place.
Back at the beginning of the transfer, there were no missionaries in Burgas, so we were also covering that area. We went down a few times to teach and visit members.
While there, we went to visit a castle, which was a lot of fun. It’s not old, built in the 50s I think, but still a fun PDay activity.
We enjoyed a fun visit from the Baileys in Varna!
The lighthouse in Burgas was awesome. Beautiful with the sea right there.
We watched Conference with the branch in Varna, which was awesome.
We also made cinnamon rolls.
Lots of frisbee playing at Zone conference.
Ended up at the hospital… messed up my foot a bit haha. All better now, but it was a fun trip with the mission presidents wife and Sister Bailey.
Transfer news was crazy! And guess what, I’m training! This is Elder Grover. He got here just a week ago.
We will be heading to Burgas (again!!) and be there for a while. Elder Grover is awesome. He’s one of 12 professional origamists in the US, super good at it.
If you know anything about me, you know he and I get along great!
Next transfer we get even more missionaries, so things are going to get even more crazy. We might be able to open up more areas. That’s been the President’s goal, and we’re super hyped about it.
A HUGE MIRACLE! This transfer we baptized Plato! If you haven’t heard that story, you should go check it out here, the most amazing story. He’s amazing, and it was so cool to be with him through the whole process.
